About Us
Synergia Learning Ventures is governed by a Board of Directors, and is staffed by a small group of dedicated individuals. All staff, volunteers, and board members are committed to youth and their families, and to bringing a much needed approach to education that will support young people to develop to their fullest capacities as human beings.
The Board of Directors and staff are committed to keeping the organization at a size that allows it to provide personalized service and individual attention to all students, parents, teachers, and family members.

| APPRENTICESHIP |
| Synergia recognizes the need and yearning in young people to hold real responsibility in the world. Our apprenticeship program is a staff-in-training for teens who are ready to learn to work with others, develop their leadership skills and be a part of something bigger than themselves. |

| MAKING A DIFFERENCE |
| Everyone can make a difference. Martin Luther King said, "Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve." Young people need opportunities to experience themselves as having the power to change things for the better and to improve the world. At Synergia, we structure programs according to that need. |
